Do I have to sign a Contract?
No. Any membership can be cancelled online at anytime. After cancelling, you will not be charged for the next payment period.

Can I cancel my account online at any time?
Yes, you can sign in online and cancel your account at anytime from the subscriptions page. You will not have to call to cancel or change quantity of a membership.

Can I access my data after I exceecd the limit for Contacts or Leads?
Yes. Any time you exceed the Contacts or Leads limit, you can still access your data. You will be limited on the ability to edit the Leads/Contacts and you will not be able to add Additional Contacts/Leads unless your plan is upgraded.

How many emails can I send per day with the Paid plans?
*Paid Plans have no limit per day. The only limit is with the third-party SMTP relays and API service that you use. Some of them are free and have a lower limit than a paid service. But many the free plans do allow a signifigant amount of emails/day.
